Ordering from Europe

We ship from our warehouse in Vienna with DPD and GLS to 24 EU countries. Orders placed before 14:00 on business days leave the same day, delivery takes 2–6 business days. Austria ships for EUR 5 and is free from EUR 60; free-shipping thresholds for other countries are on the shipping page.

Sizes and returns

Check the size charts before ordering. You have 14 days to withdraw by law, and we add a 30-day return promise for unworn items with tags and original box. Return shipping for change of mind is paid by the customer.

Do you ship NBA gear across Europe?

Yes, to 24 EU countries from our Vienna warehouse with DPD and GLS, in 2–6 business days.

How much is shipping and when is it free?

It depends on the country, from EUR 4 to EUR 25. Free shipping starts at EUR 60 (Austria) to EUR 150 depending on the country. Ireland and Portugal have no free shipping.

Can I return an NBA jersey?

Yes, within 30 days if it is unworn and has its tags and original box. You also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
