30-day return policy


If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you ordered online, you may return them within 30 calendar days as of the day of delivery of the ordered item(s) to you. You can withdraw for a refund (wholly or partially) from your order without providing a reason. If your order relates to multiple items delivered separately, the 30 calendar days start as of the day of delivery of the last item. THE RETURN COSTS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

To exercise this right of return you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) within the referenced period. You may use for this return form that you can download here.

Before you return the goods, you must pack them securely and carefully. Please be aware, that all returned items must be in their original condition and have to be on their way back to us within the return period. The returned articles will be checked thoroughly and if not in their original condition, they will be sent back to you.


If you have decided – for any reason – that you would rather have another size/item from our offer, you can exchange the item within 30 days from receiving your order. For an exchange, please give us a call (+43 676 6404228) and we'll make it happen.


1. Put the original invoice & the return form into a box along with the unworn goods.

2. Pack the shoebox or any other product in a plastic bag, a bigger box, or other packaging material so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Please don't put tape on the shoe box directly, as it will devalue the product.

3. Send the packed goods to our address.

4. We will refund you within 14 days (if paid with cash on delivery or bank transfer). With payments by card or PayPal, refund is made on the same day the return is processed.


• Please note that our system displays EU sizes so what you see in the order confirmation and on your invoice is an EU size. Due to Nike's policy, we do not ship Nike and Jordan products outside of the European Union. Exceptions are Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over them and cannot inform you of what they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country so if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more info.
• The return costs are at the customer's expense! Please don't bring the goods to the warehouse personally. Please note you are only allowed to make one exchange per order (until exchanges are fully disabled). Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
• We recommend shipping the order with tracking and insurance. Customers based in the UK, don't forget to attach the invoice inside the package to avoid paying the customs fees.


• The 30 day return period starts on the day you receive the goods.
• The goods must be unworn and fitted for further sale.
• The goods must be packed in their original packaging that has not been damaged.
• The goods can't be damaged or devalued in any way.


We recommend ensuring the package before returning it. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, you could file a complaint with the carrier and get your money back. Customers based in the UK, don't forget to attach the invoice inside the package to avoid paying the customs fees.
