Don't try to measure your insole yourself, it is very hard to get it right. Instead, check the size label on any of your sneakers and look for the CM or CHN measurement. Then use that number to find the matching EU or US size in our size guide. For example, 29 CM usually corresponds to EU 45 / US 11 in Nike and Jordan sneakers. With other brands, the US size can be slightly different because each brand may use its own size conversion. If you switch brands, always double-check the size guide and the actual fit of the footwear.
